New to JoinSquad? Here is how to book your first clay shoot.
On the homepage, you will see a list of shooting grounds. Click on a ground to view their upcoming shoot dates.
Browse the calendar for an available date. Click on a date to see the squads (time slots).
Find a squad with available space (green button) and click "Book Space".

To help prevent accidental double-bookings, the system will automatically warn you if you attempt to book another slot on the same day using the same name and email address. You can still choose to proceed if you intentionally want multiple slots.
Once you click confirm, you will receive an email with your booking details.
If the shooting ground has enabled it, you may also receive a helpful reminder email 24 hours before your shoot, possibly including specific instructions for the day.
If a squad is full, you might see an "Add me to the Waitlist" button (if the ground has enabled it). Click this, enter your name and email, and you will be automatically notified if a space frees up.
When viewing a shoot day, you'll see real-time weather forecasts (icons and temperatures) next to each squad time, helping you plan your attire and equipment for the day. Please note that past shoots are marked as "Shoot Completed".
Registered users can manage their own bookings, join waitlists faster, and access more features.
